You don’t have to wear yourself out for hours just to have some Christmas cookies, cocktails or a slice of pie. Having access to hundreds of Body type works out but definitely says yes to whataburger shirt. I know that if I’m not following a plan I’m likely to start working out less and less. I’m definitely not the type of person that could just go to my workout space and decide right before what I wanted to do. Solution to this problem? Just write down a plan a week or so in advance, and allow myself the freedom to switch it up that day if I don’t feel like doing the type of workout I planned. For instance, yesterday I had a high-intensity workout planned for myself but opted for an ab session instead due to how I was feeling.
