The roof alone would have cost me over $15k to fix and be reinforced to code. But the seller, was truly insulted. My point is that, even though you might have a case of “Owners Pride” and you should, it can cause you to not realize that issues have to be legally when they come up regarding the structure, and systems of the house, before the house can be sold again unless the buyer is wiling to sign off on the issues that are present.
