Down 24 lbs in a Powerlifting because I hate cardio and eat like a fat kid shirt. Now, I have devastating news, there is no secret. It’s been a solid diet plan, one opposite of what I’ve done in the past. I usually try to be a monotone eater, and repeat the meals over and over, but Paul and Tania have given me options, and a “damage control” mindset. If you have an off meal, get back on course. I only had two “off meals” during the holidays. I’m a powerlifter, the goal is not stepping on stage.

I was 347 lbs when I started this journey, and Powerlifting because I hate cardio and eat like a fat kid shirt. I was a massive consumer of red meat, and we deemed that my digestive track was performing poorly. So we opted to have shakes, eggs, fish, and chicken be my primary proteins. Upped my digestive aids, added frequent yogurt, and greens at every meal. Because of my knee, Paul suggested I keep my stationary bike in place for cardio, but also suggested battle ropes. This has been incredible for me. I actually enjoy them as cardio, as they work me hard, and in a short time frame. All in all, Paul has been a mental support, and offered perspective to me as I’ve dealt with several obstacles that he was able to see easy fixes too.
